Pro Shops recently announced the locations of three new retail showrooms scheduled
to open in 2001.
The stores will be in Anne Arundel county, MD., near Chesapeake Bay, Baltimore, and Washington DC.; in the Mark Twain Center in St. Charles, MO., near St. Louis; and Lawrenceville, GA., near Atlanta which will replace the existing location near Duluth, GA.
The Georgia store will be a 70,000-square-foot showroom, while the Maryland and Missouri stores will be about 140,000 square feet each.
The new stores will include many of the same features as other Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World showroos, including indoor archery ranges, rod-and-reel repair services, boat showrooms and service centers, and other amenities.
The new stores will bring the total
number of Bass Pro showrooms to 14.
