HP Photosmart 1315 Color Printer Bad prints using Vivera 78+ ink cartridge

Issue:

10/13/06 - I recently purchased one of the new HP 78+ ink cartridges to try out on some family, and outdoor photo's. As you can see from the test prints, and the printers own test pages, their is something wrong with this ink cartridge. Hopefully, I purchased a bad cartridge. I have sent an email to HP asking them to review my information, and replace the cartridge with either a new 78+ or one of the standard #78 cartridges.

Listed below are scans from the "test page" that automatically prints after the ink cartridges are installed. The page on the LEFT is of the STANDARD #78 ink cartridge, the page on the RIGHT is from the #78+ ink cartridge. You can see from the test pages, that when printing with the ink, the BLUE and YELLOW's will not look correct:
